First let me say I don't know much about carburetors I had my W/O rebuilt and installed it it cold starts fine but when it warms up and you shut it off it doesn't want to restart my next question I set the air fuel screw at one and one half turns. Is there any way to turn up the idle speed?

What idle rpm is it doing for you? But. First and foremost. Do you have vacuum/fuel pressure gauge? Do you have a dwell/tachometer? I need to know what else the motor is or is not doing. Temps good? Oil pressure good? Air filter and fuel tank clean? Good fuel lines? Battery and charging system good? Ignition parts good? If you take some pictures of the engine bay, with a fair amount of detail and as wide an angle as possible, we'll take look at it.
