Honorable mention goes to the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6) that was scrapped after burning for four days at the pier causing $3.2 Billion Dollars damage. And who can forget the infamous Mare Island Mud Puppy? (USS Guitarro (SSN-665) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Guitarro_(SSN-665)

Forgot to mention the USS Miami (SSN-755) arson yard fire in 2012 causing $700 Million Dollars damage that scrapped the boat.
