Yesterday I went to get some new Vacuum filters . Walmart, Bomgaars, Ace Hardware, Knecht Building center etc. Failure!!!!!! I have 5 Shop Vacs and guess what, they are out of business. No more of brand name Shop.Vac. What I found were names I never heard of. Hart, Black Diamond, and others I've never seen. The filters had different dimensions and cost $25.00 each. CRAZY!!!!!
I hate the blue rag over the crappy sponge with plastic ring type and had changed to the pleated rubber ended real filters you can blow out a re-use. I got my stupid phone out a googled shopvac. They say the pandemic killed them. They sold what was left of their company to guess who?
?? Very disappointed.
The reason the Germans lost WW2 was attrition of their equipment and not having the industrial might to replace it fast enough. Allot of their equipment was better than ours. The idots in charge had better wake up and get this country back in business making quality products, steel, etc. INCLUDING VACUUMS!!!!!!!!!!
