Sir’s, my WO on the 2A weeps fuel from the float bowl gasket, carb works flawlessly 😬 So ? 1) Float level too high 2) Gasket failure (6yo) 3) Do an EFI UPGRADE  Thanks, Lee |

Check the float for leaks and proper adjustment.

The English car guys that can't rebuild or sync their SU's and Strombergs buy the downdraft Webers. They work well. Don't look right when you open the hood. That said, the twin choke side draft Webers were period correct racing carbs. Those do look good.

Removed the carb and manifold, have a fresh bowl gasket from Shack 👍🏽, I noticed a minor exhaust leak in Wyoming this fall, that’s why I removed the manifold, gaskets seemed to be doing the job but I did notice a dreaded Crack 😬  Lee😉 |
