Hey All, New member saying hello to everyone, I learned about this site after talking to Rick about some issues I was having with my Jeep, he directed me here to scour through the resources and try and get my Jeep running again. For fun here is my Jeep, hopefully I can figure this out with the available resources!

It's all good! Welcome aboard. I'm pretty sure we've got what it takes. What we teach here is basically spending time diagnosing issues rather than just opening the wallet.

Is that a real Slat or just the grill? Love the look. Yes, all the stuff is mostly the same on it as WW2 and CJ , except maybe the transmission , voltage regulators, steering. Been there and done that so ask away. We have several retired real mechanics here including the official Sherriff of the Jeep police. You will get asked if you have a manual to read. LOL. Oilly

Thanks Everyone, it's a real slat, just mainly repro parts. I still have a ton of fun with it regardless.

Thanks Everyone, it's a real slat, just mainly repro parts. I still have a ton of fun with it regardless. That doesent matter, you made it nice and are enjoying it, that’s what matters the most… Rivet counters spend a lifetime finding every correct original part and then it sits in storage forever cause they can bear to drive it fearing damage 😬 Lee😉
