I may not have expressly indicated it but my brothers in arms and first responders from other countries have been welcome to the Veteran's Discount for as long as I've offered it. I really don't pay attention to your location in the world when I take your first call or message. I normally ask about your status.
I've actually applied the discount several times for non-veterans with Fathers, Uncles, brothers, and sisters who are veterans or first responders. One need only mention one's status and it is theirs.
