Hi Scout.... I have a Prestolite IAD 4405 10k vacuum advance distributor on my L134 engine. The vacuum has never been connected since I have owned the Jeep. I’ve been reading up on installing the vacuum line and contrary to my thinking one end connects to the throttle body and not the intake manifold. My carb has the 1-458 throttle body. I removed the only plug on it and found that the hole is not the same size all the way thru but has an aprox. 1/16” opening at the bottom. Would this be the correct connection port for the distributors vacuum line and is the 1/16” of sufficient size to operate the distributor?
Thanks for any insight or info. Hope all is well with you.

Yes. That's exactly the port you want for your 1/16" copper vacuum line.
