Hello all. I will do the best I can to explain the issues as my husband hates the computer, more than he hates asking for help. It started with some lugging after a fill up but would clear out. It dies about 30 miles into bumpy ride and we were able to get it back running by removing the line to the filter and turning it over till gas came out and then reconnected it and it got us home ( after a couple more incidents like that). He Has replaced all the gas lines and assured they are clear. We thought it was a bolt that was difficult to get to that was holding the pump on as it seemed to work for a while once we got that tighten. Died again. We can normally get it running enough to get back home but now it won’t stay running. We have replaced the fuel pump, lines, flushed the tank, cleared vent on gas cap and replaced just in case. We just ran into a post on the gas filter cap gasket may be bad. We are ordering one, the current one doesn’t look ( that bad)? Any other ideas or suggestions we are missing.

Given what has been done already - Any loose connection. Most problems occur as a result of not tightening the pump inlet fitting sufficiently. Any rubber tube over a straight pipe connection with only one clamp. These are possible air infiltration sites in the fuel system that will cause a shutdown due to insufficient fuel flow.
