I will let you know what extras I find. Once I know how to ID them, the more I can try to find in future. My buddy over on the island might have extras to part with as well.

Does the pump have a primer handle? I'm assuming this carb is a YS. This is what I do to start an empty-bowl YS with and without a pump with a primer handle. Since the carb is completely vacuum dependent, pumping the gas pedal will have no effect on starting.
WITH: 1. Pump with the primer 12-13 strokes. 2. Close the choke. 3. Crank until it catches and dies. 4. Open the choke, crank, and it should start. 5. Failure to start. Repeat steps 2 through 4 and slowly open the throttle while cranking.
WITHOUT: 1. Squirt a couple of tablespoons of gas into the throat. 2. Close the choke. 3. Crank until it catches and dies. 4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 and slowly open the throttle while cranking. 5. Failure to start. Repeat steps 1 through 3 and slowly open the throttle while cranking.

Sounds like a carb problem, not a fuel pump problem 😬
