Rick, Got your email about my carb estimate but I’m embarrassed to admit I can’t find it. What section of the forum should I look in? Tom

Tom,
There is a link in the email that will take you to the Estimate. I don't post customer info here.

Good day ! I was wondering if someone could tell me what carbs are compatable with my Willys Jeep station 1951 with a 1951 F head 161 , 6 cylinder hurricane engine . It has one valve cover on top. My uncle was sick in hospital so had mechanic to rebuild carb that was on it and he misplaced it Now I`m the bloke who has to find what to get My jeep man said it should have had a 1 barrel Carter Y-F carbb on it ? Can anyone tell me what was on it or what can be used ? I would greatly appreciate any help ! Thank you very much !! MC

Hello,
My dad (92 years old) and I are working on a 1952 Willys wagon 473 F-head. It has an old Holley carb that doesn't seem to be working. We would like to buy a replacement. Someone told us a Carter YF carb would also work. I'm wondering if there is a good way to purchase something that would work.
Many thanks, Tim Mohr

Hello Tim. Either a YF 738 or YF 832 would be correct, depending on the linkage you have.
