I discovered this site from the CJ2A forum. Just followed the TIME YOUR ENGINE WITHOUT A TIMING LIGHT and my '46 CJ2A runs better with much more power for Seattle's hills. Thanks Scout Pilot! Grateful to all of you for sharing knowledge and help. David
